This setting allows you to control the default Content Type for a library when preforming a File ( -FILE) or a Drag and Drop (-EMAIL) Action . A separate string value must be created for each library and each action. The string value names should end up looking like the following:
DefaultContentType-http://sharepointsite/Library/Subfolder-EmailDefaultContentType-http://sharepointsite/Library/Subfolder-File
