When a user chooses to set a folder location in Email Manager for Outlook as offline, the Offline Location dialog displays. When this setting is enabled "1" the dialog displays. Users can check the Do Not Display Again check box, which effectively changes the setting to "0" and will suppress the dialog on all future actions of setting a folder as offline.
